We want you to be fully satisfied with your Billy Strings apparel; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, including the packing slip, and affix the shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
